Changing or cancelling an order

  • In most circumstances, it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. However, if you do need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us as soon as possible for advice at
  • If your order has already left our warehouse for delivery to you and you wish to cancel an item, you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Refunds (if applicable)

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the time and date of purchase. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, exchange or credit note, except where an item is faulty.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of the payment confirmation email.

Please note, that the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We are unable to refund you for your postage costs. When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or missing parts please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer or back to the store. Please contact us immediately and include a photograph of the faulty item and email it to Naturally, if the damage has been caused in transit, or by supplier omission, then a replacement item will be sent to you free of charge.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its safe receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank/credit card or original method of payment, excluding original postage costs.

For any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or an error on the part of the delivery company, then it will not be possible for us to accept its return or issue a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not accept exchanges. Please follow our Returns Policy.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full-price items may be returned for a refund or exchange; unfortunately we do not issue refunds, credit notes or carry out exchanges on items bought at a discounted price, unless they are faulty.

Items excluded from returns

Whether exercising your legal right to cancel, or returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have the right to return or cancel an order for products made to your unique specification or products sealed for health protection / hygiene purposes once you have unsealed them.

Further items that cannot be returned include:

  • Earrings, for reasons related to hygiene hygienic reasons.
  • Any ex-display merchandise and sale items.
  • Toiletries or beauty products, if the seals have been broken.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received the agreed refund as expected, please check directly with your bank or credit card company, then contact us as a matter of urgency via email at
